Aight, so from what i understand from the phone item, instead of just straight up revealing the next card, it changes the card that you'll be drawing next into a random card and then reveals it. I love that because of how much of a gamble it is: you might've had a perfect card for your next hit, but instead you decided to change it to make sure of your next play, which really balances it out.

Nico, my guy, the reason your 8 didnt show up in the deck that turn was because you each have two entirely separate decks. The phone only reveals whats next in YOUR specific deck. Since the cards are random anyway, the effect of it setting it to a totally different random card is, admittedly, less potent than if it were a static normal deck, but still, it will set a new random card and reveal it to you. I hope this helped!

So another Inscryption-like (or Inscryption inspired, if you prefer), but this time blackjack? Looks interesting. Although, I do hope Inscryption-likes do a 360 one day, and there ends up one that has creatures/monsters cards that battle (maybe with something else, like classic monsters, cryptids or scp creatures?) along with other Inscryption elements.

Would be great to add that 'Risk factor' to reduce the enemies heart by 2 at the risk of losing 2 yourself.

I think its kinda lame that the guns dont do anything. Same thing as buckshot roulette, without seeing any damage on the enemy it feels unnecessary to even have guns instead of just deducting points. Her mask could get more damaged as you win rounds or something to show that the guns have any kind of impact
