From the Ableton manual: "The PRD circuit uses a ladder design" so I guess it's this one. Doesn't make a big difference tho

Well right now I am in the middle of making new prog psy trance so it shouldn't be a problem to find and create some new sound and make a tutorial about it :D and btw if you love prog, check out my "Jungle Shaman" although this new prog psy track will be much better! :D

@@mylogify Ladder Filters are something that's unique to MOOG, so am guessing for the Low Ladder option you choose the Low Pass Option for PRD circuit since that filter is supposed to have taken it's cues from the MOOG Prodigy Synth

3x osc is similar but operator is a bit more powerful, I feel. try out the likes like dune, sylenth, hive, zebra or other emulations of the famous virus TI. these work well but any synth with a good saw sound, good filter and fast envelope works. for settings; on amp envelope use full sustain and tiniest bit of release, then on filter envelope use fast envelope with only a bit of decay. use a low pass filter of course (12db, 24db or any other low pass filter depends on taste), pull down to a low amount (say anything under 350hz) and then set the setting of the amount of envelope to taste (he uses 100% amount with a fairly low filter setting, you could try also lower amount with higher filter setting as alternative). !!these settings are the most important and go back and forth to get it right.. dont use FX to fix it!! else you wont get the most powerful bass. remember; the kick you use is *crucial*. balance is everything. besides this, EQ is your most important effect.. but use it with great care! use only as little as you need, anything more and you're taking away power. other effects that might help: slight distortion/warming (in FL soft clipper works well, or blood overdrive and squeeze (be very careful how much!)), and slight compression. good idea is to dry/wet mix the compression. good luck and if you have questions you can ask me any time.

hahaha I was not cheating on purpose :P I used different compressor because I wanted to make a tutorial with just native plugins - and I didn't mix this result as good as in the original track because I didn't have any monitors or headphones at the time I created this tutorial :)
