Thank you so much for your answer I truly appreciate it, I have always roasted one way, bring it to second crack and cool it 🤷♂️But now I want something else, I do like dark black coffees but starting to like fruity taste sooo, let’s work on middle phase 👍☕️🙏
It is to assume, that you roasted only very good greens with the potential of beeing roasted evenly. If you have greens with different stages of ripeness, it is impossible to get a roast with a homogeneous result. Anyway - all roasts are kind of compromise. The goal is to obtain a high grade of it.
