@rcpmac that means that all of us progressives should run for office at some level - whether at the state or local level. Obviously there aren't enough offices for everyone to win, but if we coalesce around those of us who do win and help to elevate them into federal positions, THAT is how real reforms will happen. From WITHIN. Right now the progressives in congress are so outnumbered that their power is very limited.

Like obviously the whole "slept her way into the position" line is sexist bs, but her record as both a prosecutor and a da aren't made up nonsense? You get no points for trying to pretend Kamala is better than she is. You can just be honest and say there is no line Kamala can cross for me because I only really care about beating Trump (she still has to show she is actually committed to, at the very least, deescalating the violence against Palestine for me).
