PT2399 Delay circuit on breadboard

Awesome sound using minimal passive components Any thoughts about stacking these in series for longer chains??

Great job! I have put this together on my breadboard and it’s mostly working…. The only trouble is there is a lot of hiss and noise. Do you know what could be causing this and how I could get rid of the noise?
