Terry Ryan joined Prime Time Sports to discuss his book about his time as a Montreal Canadiens first-round prospect and the reason behind him sharing his story.
Terry is one of many drafted to Montreal and left with little or no development to rot on the vine. That is the opinion of a 60 year Habs fan so I suggest you let that marinate. Good on ya Terry for throwing your lot in with Keeso, as a cast member of Shorsey.
If you check out the players Montreal had on their teams in the late 90s/early 2000s,they made huge mistakes not bringing in their younger AHL talent. A bunch of the guys who put up over a ppg or close to,never got a true chance from Montreal, and they ruined alot of careers. They should be ashamed of themselves. Especially when the NHL teams they had were garbage. But...leave it to Montreal to make poor decisions. They literally will go down in history as making some of the worst moves/personale choices ever.
Add a pick up game in Toronto in 1979 I think I for Brian Bugsy two times in some bullshit development game and same thing took me out I was 17 or 18 at the time class class guy and I didn’t die
I am also here from biz nasty. Wow I like this guy, we both say long story short and I am also a little bit ADHD. I had never heard of this guy until today, I just wanted to share a fun fact, he talks about Cleary played jr B in Kingston Ontario for the Voyageurs 1993-94 and attended Holy Cross along Jay McKee. Small World 🌎
Boy, does this guy never get to the point! Painful to listen to. "What's your dog's name?" "I got my dog, I think, it was in 2005, I remember because I had just seen King Kong and is Peter Jackson a genius or what? You know he's from New Zealand right? Think they shot the Lord Of The Rings movies over there. That Gandolf sure had a long beard, as hairy as a dog, like the one I had, a labrador I got from Moose Factory, you know the place that Cheechoo is from? Great guy, we used to shoot darts on Wednesdays at the One-Eyed Owl, a great bar at the corner of Main and 2nd, owned by Chris Tanner I think his name is, and he used to wear polka-dotted dresses ever time there was a full moon..." GET TO THE POINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
