if you have multiple ptz cameras u have the power and the video and the other wire do you just wire all those cables from the other cameras together?

hi ! I just order that PTZ controller in EBAY and I have Panasonic PTZ WV-CS 854A camera.I made the wiring but it is not working. can you please tell me what is wrong? what is the protocol for Panasonic PTZ camera? thanks
