The processor does not pull the game, I think if you put the same 12400f in conjunction with 1650, there will be less lags

i thinnk this is fake sure, I am not sure but ii dont get such fps with i7 7th gen, GTX 1050 4gb,16 gb ram... that too in lowest settings.... how i3 10th ge run this game so smooth?

See your Cpu and Gpu are both outdated, i3 13th gen beats even i9 9th gen, generation and architecture matters a lot when you are doing intensive tasks like gaming. What u can do is overclock ur gpu slightly if its not being used at 99% efficiency, but be careful as doing so may result in stutters or destruction of ur gpu
