My friends account got hacked and stolen. His in game name was aero. He reported it thru the appropriate channels and we all reported it and it just disappeared and never got report back for the cheat report. Not a great job there

I think they put up a facade of transparency. I'm pretty sure that the amount the players spend on the game plays a very important part in the decision. I also don't think they're banning half of the amount they claim to.

Idk about yall in NA server or other servers but us in EUROPE server having major ping issues like in ever match in every 5 minutes the ping goes to 300ms then gets normal like these ping spikes are crazy like its so annoying that we don't play pubgm these days too much i hope you make a video on this to let them hear our voice thank bro

Dont you realise if they tell all the points how they detect and how they bust cheaters. Then cheaters will look out for exact same thing to bypass.

I really wanna know the reason why you can't sell your account if you don't wanna play anymore and wanna get rid of it and someone else is willing to buy it why not it's pretty much you selling all your assets 🤷‍♂️

I have a few thoughts on this. First I will say it's awesome that they actually took the time to respond to your video and address you. Although it is stuff you have been asking about for 2 years. I wouldn't say they came with receipts though. It was merely stuff they said with no actual proof of anything and we just need to take their word for it. From what I've been seeing in the game just about everything they said is pretty questionable. These are just my opinions and of course I don't have any proof but they are trying to say that many people are getting banned before they even play a game yet I've seen players I knew were hacking play an entire season and rank all the way up before they got banned. Which also tells me that them saying the high ranked people getting banned are accounts that have gotten stolen and bought is probably not near as high as they say. I still honestly think that if people are spending so much money on the game they won't ban them because I've seen it first hand with multiple cheaters. I reported one person probably 10 different times over about a year that I new was cheating and then all the sudden they finally got banned and it was a 10 year one so you know it was legit hacks they were using. I love playing this game and that's why I'm as critical as I am. Btw I also think if someone gets banned for cheating that you reported you should get all the points back that you lost! Other than the cheaters my only other big complaint is the de-sync sucks!!!!! End of rant lol

They rarely do anything about hackers. This season, I've encountered many. Auto aim, x ray, and the one where they don't take damage. This guy was standing in a field sniping at us. Three of us were hitting him because he had no cover, and he wouldn't go down. The fourth tried to run him over while he was just standing and nothing. That one guy took out the whole team. Ridiculous.

I rarely run into hackers who are obvious but it’s bad in arena breakout cause hackers can boost accounts storage value and sell them so you get a lot of Chinese cheaters

Thanks for the video Riggs but no they havent came with receipts! Tencent never reswpond when the average person posts about cheaters o social media. I have literally uploaded video, photo stills and player ID showing the player has cheated and nothing is done. You check in the guy is playing 3 seasons later, why? Because they are paying! They are very good at making themselves look busy but i feel they are not. This game has eveolved and is now beginging to die, we have more bots than playes, are nott able to get games on some maps, locked to servers and its ruined the overall gaming experience. What i would like to see, is when a player is banned the people reporting them will get their rank points compensated that they lost due to being killed by the cheater. Its been frustraing as hell sometimes ive killed the cheater but we cant report them because they never killed us.

ever since the shut down of their #1 rival way before CODM which is ROS.. PUBGM had been very strict when it comes to punishing cheaters.. cause, well, we all know what really happened to ROS right .. and they're probably afraid if that also happens to PUBGM.. I've mentioned stolen/hacked accounts like 6mnths ago...some cheaters buy them for cheap money,coz they wanna try to fool others among other things.(Many investigators before chosed "no violations" just by seeing skins)..also they're "lazy" to grind up new accounts...btw, you would be surprised how big of a "market" is selling accounts....stolen or not.
