In this video I explain the wardrobe restrictions and the New Jeans refund/compensation system they are putting in place starting Wednesday August 3rd, 2024.. disclaimer - this is how I understand it, and may not be 100% accurate, so.. take it with a grain of salt please. Thank you!

Thanks for the helpful video , i was undertsanding nothing in the long pubg announcement with my basic english, very nice from Pubg to give 50% for free back basicly i got 38k g coins back because i payed a bit too much xd

I’m on console and I didn’t get to chose yet the option of refund or the other option 😢😢 the option of a refund is not not appealing

Do the step ups reappear after reimbursement or reset ?

If you do the full refund option, you would have been able to purchase the step up again, but you would have had to done that while the step up was in the shop. I don't think it will come back now.

I chose compensation.. it gave me a list of things that I purchased and I got to keep them and they gave me 50% of the gcoin I spent on it all instantly.

@@fazaaaa no I kept everything I got from my caches. I pretty much got all my Gcoin back because I bought them as soon as the update dropped so I got 100% instead of 50%

Does this apply to money I spent on progressive skin bundles? I got the dragonoff and don’t want to lose it if I refund?

Unfortunately, if you bought it around the same time as you bought the new jeans bundles, you will lose it. They basically reset your account to what it was before the newjeans update. Taking everything you got back (including hideout and store purchases) and return all of the gcoin you spent in that time period.

As far as I know, the box only appears to those who are eligible for the refund. you had to purchase newjeans products within the specified period in order to be eligible. If the box is not there for you it means that you have already applied for your refund/compensation or PUBG did not think you qualified. If you feel they made an error you must send in a ticket. Hope that helps.

yes, it will walk you thru your purchases and let you know what you are getting back before you confirm your decision.. and then it will instantly give you the gcoin.

no, only with the Compensation option. Refund will remove everything that you got from the event from your account and give you all the gcoin you spent back.. Compensation will let you keep all items and give you 50% of what you spent back to you. 🙂

refund will remove all of the items that you purchased and all of the items (including tokens) that you got out of the bundles.. and give you back 100% of the gcoin you spent

I can't buy gcoins anymore, it always says "battleground check page again after applying for either compensation or compensation options". What should I do?

you need to click on the application located on the bottom left of the lobby and choose either refund or compensation. if you would like to keep the items you got from the new jeans event chose compensation.. it will give you back 50% of the gcoin you spent and then you can buy more if you want. Hope this helps. 🙂
