Sir the definition of Public Administration i.e., "Public Administration is detailed & systematic execution of law. Every particular application of law is an act of administration". This definition is Given by Woodrow Wilson not by L. D White. According to L.D White: " Pub Adm consists of all those operations having for their purpose the fulfillment or enforcement of public policy ". Rest is too good, thanks for sharing...

My one request to you is that Please make a series on Core concepts of political science ( First part of Paper 1 of PSIR optional ) . Sir please make a course for me and many students like me . I am begging this because it's hard to find notes and books on Paper 1 ( Part A ) in market at par with UPSC PSIR syllabus . In addition to that it's very tough to find a great teacher like you .
