It actually doesn’t happen to me too much? It depends on where you go (I brought my stuff to a trampoline park and that didn’t end well but I wore my therian mask, tail, and Dinomask to a market and people loved it!)

@@SirWufflez Lowkey 98% of furries aren’t cringe at ALL. And talentless is such a big stretch because the very FURSUIT they wear is a display of talent, and drawing (which most non-fursuit furries do from what I saw.) is also a talent, so I never understood calling furries “Talentless” lol

You bring your gear to youth group too? I snuck my mask and tail in to hang out with my friend and I might’ve been called a furry once and spotted doing quads a few times but it was mostly chill.

I snuck two yarn tails to glow night at the trampoline park that was only for the churches.. someone told someone and it ended up getting to pastor and my dad got something told to him? Idk, he’s basically a homophobic antifurry, but he’s not like outwardly rude about it.. he says things like, “it doesn’t add to your beauty” (it being the tail), He wants to get me “out of my own little world”, etc.. @@SirWufflez normally the parents sit outside the jumping area, so that’s why I usually public gear at trampoline parks (my parents don’t like therians but they’re ok with masks so I wear my mask more when I’m not with them so I can actually talk to the therians I meet if I meet them)
I want to do this one day and when they call me a furry just be like “OH I should bring my fur suit here next time” (I am a therian and a furry and I have a fur suit)

Some may be furries, some may be therians - which they are disgusting either way. Every human is scientifically an animal, but I think when we say animal here we don't mean human.

I was bullied by my own school for being therian *teachers, students, ect* so we technically have kids picking on kids for being kids and adults picking on kids for being kids

If you don’t go to a trampoline park you’ll probably be fine (markets are really fun, I played with some little kids in my dinomask and they loved it) and I just told my parents the masks are a fun craft (they don’t support therians ): )

So this isn't about the vid but... Im a therian (lynx and river otter), and I have a couple alerhuman friends. And my friend Bluebell (Otherhearted) told my other friend (normal person, we'll call her Jasmine) about us, thats totally fine but when i got on the bus today Jasmine says "So, tell me more about the furry stuff" LIKE MISS MA'AM IM NOT A FURRY😭 And she kept refering to it as FURRY!! I also had phantom tail for most of my school day and on the bus but i did't want to tell her that.

Most of the time when they’re hating they don’t even use common sense they jus wanna be seen and heard they jus want the attention from u cuz they don’t get it from their parents. It’s a cruel world out there my suggestion is to not interact w them wht so ever don’t look at them don’t yell or talk to them (even tho it’s hard cuz they say mean things) but that’s when u go to an adult and u tell them why they say cuz u didn’t do anything to them so they look stupid for doing that.
