Public Information Film - Road Safety 

They need to bring these public information films back and teach people to look whilst crossing the road instead of being glued to their mobiles all the time.

I like the part when he says "Although this model is around for a long time, spare parts are hard to come by" very good.

I remember watching this advert as a child in the late 70's. But in black and white. Colour tv was a luxury then.

Penultimate line edited out - I remember it was something like "with 27,000 each year damaged or complete write-off" - then the "Proceed at all times with great caution"

However, it looks a lot older and could be from the early 70s judging by the cars and fashions.
