IN MY VIEW It makes me sad seeing any attorney publicly reprimanded. However, we are all human and need a kick in the pants when we make bad decision(s).
Or would be cool if we solved speeding tickets this way. "You know what you did, we know what you did, everyone here knows what you did... you may go."
@@Kibwunga sure, it’s just a coincidence that police receive qa over and over no matter how negligent or intentional their misconduct is. No, states and counties can remove qa, and they can get insurance like any other professional group.
@@georgesmiley1474 being serious here, this is not an attack and I'm looking for dialog. Qualified immunity is a slippery slope, easily taken advantage of by those who choose to abuse it but necessary to keep what little fabric we have left as a society together for those who do not abuse it. If you play in the mud you're eventually going to get dirty. Reform is coming, and is needed; but no insurer would ever touch this because of how easily both sides can manipulate or stretch the rules. Is there other options to protect those few left who get into law enforcement who still want to help? I know the "war" on drugs needs to be completely demolished, barring that do you see other ways? the devil you know is often better than the one you don't. Take it easy and I hope to hear back
Based on an article I found, his misconduct was mentioning that he was endorsed by a group that has ties to the democratic party. If you're going to be that petty, don't have elected judges at all.
YES, We know the Democrats/Socialist have been clean as the undriven snow, ie.. BIDEN, Polosi, Shummer, Shiff, etc... Where's your PROOF against Gov Desantis or any Republican. Not saying All Republicans are saints but show the proof and I'll listen.
