If your born a man and go through puberty it's fundamentaly wrong to compete with women as a transgender athelete! These blokes weren't good enough to compete at the highest level as men but still wipe the floor with biological women. It's not right and it's not Fair. The world has gone mad😮
If you transition and you've been on the right hormones for a certain amount of time, your body undergoes enough of a change to make it fair. I don't think it should be a certain monitored 'level' of hormones though bc everyone has different levels regardless of if you're biological or not, so long as you're taking the right medication to stay as the gender you prefer. Also I have big doubts anyone would transition PURELY for sports. It's so much more than just saying 'I'm a man/woman now', I've heard people with gender dysphoria saying they wouldn't even wish it on their worst enemy. Being trans is who you are from birth, sports is a competitive thing literally anyone can get into
Why are there not scores of females, who transitioned to male, competing at a professional level ? Surely if there testosterone is high, then they can compete on equal terms. Your argument is bollocks. The bone structure and muscle density an individual has, has nothing to do with the testosterone in your system at some arbitrary point of testing. The point is, women are worth as much as men (duh), and womens' sports are different (but equal - duh) to men's. But saying their is no biomechanical difference between poeple who have developed female or male is categorically, demonstratably and logically rubbish. And yet you spout two paragraphs on a matter of which you have 0 knowledge. Forgive the paraphrase: Allyson Felix is an amazing female athlete. She is the only woman in history to win six Olympic gold medals. Her personal best in the 400m, 49.26 seconds, was also beaten by nearly 300 high school boys in 2018. Trans atheltes are the death of women's sports.
