I once was on time for my bus, at 11 years old, and the bus wasn't there. So naturally, I waited for a bout 30 minutes before I decided to walk to my school (which was 3 miles away). At the end of the day, I get on my bus and see a sub driver. So I was like "Y-you missed my stop this morning.." and she goes "NO I DIDN'T! I was just late" so I asked her when she got there in the nicest way possible. 9AM. I was there at 6:30 AM. The scheduled time. That's 2 and a half hours late lady!

In the college I attend, theres a lot of foreign exchange students from Japan and Korea. Most of them take the same city bus as I do, and in the morning ride we have a system where we would wake anyone up who's sleeping, and the bus is around a thirty minute ride.

this seriously makes me happy to live in vienna. longest scheduled waiting time at the least bussiest time is is 15 minutes. rush hour waiting time is 3 to 5 minutes.

In one of the middle schools I went to, we had one bus driver who was periodically late. It didn’t matter the day or the weather, he was late. It wasn’t like we had icy roads either, we lived in Texas. Freezing in the mornings but not enough to make ice. We also lived in areas that had no traffic issues. He would show up 10-30 minutes late on a weekly basis. There was one time where he hadn’t showed up at all and I we were left out for a couple hours. One issue he did cause was taking a day off without notice. He left and didn’t get a substitute driver ready, he had left without notice and without a substitute. It took about 3 hours before the substitute finally showed up. What made it worse was the substitute wasn’t told where to go meaning they had to go off of poor directions from teachers.

I relate to this, I commute to university 3 or 4 days a week. Spending 4 hours of my day travelling. After uni, I go to work. Don't really have a social life, but I realised that all I need is coffee xd idk why i watch this multiple times just to remind myself that a lot of people go through and everything will be okay

Now that I'm in university, this is getting more and more relatable. Bus drivers can be huge a$$holes sometimes.

Huge tip: if you don't have a driver's license because you are too young or are too scared to drive (like me) get a folding bike. It will make it a lot easier to get from bus stop to bus stop or train stop.

I hate waiting for the bus in the winter, keep in mind that I live in wisconsin, where its pretty cold in the winter, that it snows late as spring and early as Halloween. Like one time in winter: I was in 5th or 6th grade with other kids at the bus stop, waiting for the bus. After minutes of waiting (which it was so cold that it felt like hours), everyone and i mean EVERYONE at the bus stop agreed to wait for the bus inside because it was so cold and started heading to our houses. And (I swear) as soon I got on my driveway, gess who desided to show up...... THE FUCKING BUS! It just appered to just poped into existance like it was there the whole time!

Lol, Domics one time my entire class had to run in the rain. It was -20 degrees. Someone almost fell down because it was that wet. My teacher sat down under the shade and just stared at us. Like "Go Peasants!"

Trains in Utah: rather reliable and typically has maybe a 10 minute margin of error Buses in Utah that are run by the same company as the trains: just go to the bus stop; one will be there sooner or later. Time is an illusion and schedules don't exist
