Public Works Day 2024 

This spring, students in Grades 4 and 5 participated in the annual Public Works Day. Public Works Day is a day to showcase how public works connects us through infrastructure and service, enhancing the quality of lives in our communities. A big thank you to the City of Nanaimo for continuing to host this fun, informative and interesting event. Through interactive displays and activities, students gain an understanding of the many services provided by the Engineering and Public Works Department and the impact of Public Works to their daily lives
