Focusing on the most complex patients when you are not a qualified doctor is dangerous or is this just another cost cutting exercise. If a consultant has prescribed medications for a complex patient then the consultant should be the one to change medications especially when pharmacists is not qualified in specific complex health issues. A consultant has worked in this specific health issues for years and know his patients full history these pharmacists are not qualified This is dangerous
