In this New series I will take apart a original but worn Puch Maxi S.
I will try to save as much parts as possible, to keep in original.
The bike won't be blue again. I will spray it in some fancy colours, you'll see that in the later video's.

Year - Unknown
Engine - 2 stroke | 50 cc
Gearbox - 1 speed/gear , centrifugal clutch
Top speed - 55 km/h

What can we say? This video contains a demonstration of technical knowledge and a good taste of vehicles as well as creative editing skills. The Puch may be relatively small and simple, but it has several well thought-out technical solutions compared to it's contemporaries. Lovely video again! Looking forward to the first ride :-)

What grease are you putting on the bushings and swingarm pad? What grease are you putting on the bolts?? Thanks! I’m rebuilding mine right now! This has been a great tool / guide. Very much appreciated!

Noo, just use the original hardware, or buy new from a moped shop for example
