Hi there Jerry. It looks like a nice place to go. We have been to this area when we were in Arizona We left Tucson for one day and we crossed the border with our American family.
No electricity. It has a dump station and mexican water, but not at camp spaces. A man with a portable dump wagon comes to spaces for a fee, if you don't want to drive to it. If you come in October/November you can get a front row space, nearest the water.
