Men i live in hartford ct. and i was on park st and broad st. Fuck the parade if you really want to have fun go to broad st and park st. Alot of cars with hot ass girls twerking on the roof. Best place to be at. In the pr day.
*Ill be fair though.......The Festival and the Parade in Manhattan had the same thing this "Parade" had..........fat, out of shape , old and ghetto men, women and children.
