Any problems with getting out of this area for a day trip to PV etc etc? I am thinking about going here solo just to chill. I mean the price is reasonable. Seems I either stay in the South end or the North end.
Not at all, I actually went when all the craziness was happening in Tijuana but to be 100% honest, I felt safe the entire time I was there since the moment I arrived. We spent majority of the time at the resort, but when did go out to the city to walk around and explore (also to get souvenirs) never felt not safe, taxi, Ubers drivers and people in general were really nice and friendly.
Great video. We're headed there this week! A few questions - was there a surcharge for the lobster at Los Arcos? Also, you mention kayaks - is there kayaking / swimming right out front of the hotel? How much was an Uber into town? Thanks, sir!
Everything at Los Arcos is included without any surcharge, they do let you borrow the kayaks free of charge, the beach right out front of the hotel is great for swimming, the Uber from Barcelo into town was about $9 USD (179 pesos). Barcelo to the airport was $14usd (pesos). Uber is the most convenient /cheapest way around. If you are planning to take a boat trip to see the Arcos and do snorkeling, never go for the first price you get quoted 😉. Have fun
Yes I did, I wish I’d gotten upgraded for free 😂 but I did pay the extra, I can’t remember how much it was the difference but I know that it wasn’t much that’s why I decided to pay it
The food here is beyond disgusting. This place poisoned my family so severely my 6 year old had to get emergency IV fluid and is still suffering from constant nausea and diarrhea. All 5 of us got EColi from this place.
