@@lanacastillo49 yep, he was a dancer in a Stacy Lattisaw, Doug E. Fresh and Fine Young Cannibals video all in 1989; another one he was in was Father MC’s video “Treat Them Like They Want To Be Treated” in 1990 with an upcoming band nobody knew at the time by the name of Jodeci because he, Father MC and Jodeci were labelmates and head of A&R at Uptown Records
LL cool Vini Death Row could never touch this performance or Bad Boy......pacing back and forth or a stage cussing and glaring at the audience is not my idea of a good performance....
LL cool Vini Biggie over 2Pac any day. Diddy and Biggie were smart enough to not respond to 2Pac’s diss. Bad Boy will always be Legendary and loyal to their artists - more than that idiot, Suge was/is. You’ll never see a crew like that ever again.
I’ve been looking for this performance for years on the net. This is Diddy/P.Diddy/Puffy/Puff Daddy/Poppa Diddy Pop at the height of his fame having the most fun dancing ever. Thanks for uploading.
I've got this on VHS, my favourite! Watched it repeatedly back when I was a teen. Amazing dance routine. Watched in the lounge repeatedly, trying to replicate. Yea Puffy! Yea Ma$e!
WOW! This was WELL DONE! I love Diddy's dance tribute to Biggie's song. Mase is gorgeous as usual and the little chest bump at the end had me dying LOL!
He started out as a dancer before anything else. Search "Stacey Lattisaw - What you need" and "P Diddy in his back ground dancer days". The second video only shows him for a second though.
I was just thinking of this dance routine I was hoping it might be on youtube and here it is . Ain't it amazing I still remember this dance routine after all these years.
+RockSteady backstreet boys????? Please Puffy came up a dancer. The backstreet boys are imitators of R and B dance groups. Puffy has swag, the backstreet boys have nothing they are copy cats.
+Mister Happy actually I'm pretty sure diddy was always laughed at for how he danced... like i remember being in the 6th grade and kids would say he can't dance...
Mister Happy Yes let's do the math. His album was good, his album represents his music (not his dance moves). Most of the world can pretty much see he's not the best dancer, and it's obvious to most of the world, you have a personality issue... meaning you have no friends, because nobody likes you. They didn't like you as a child and don't like you as an adult (how sad). You're probably too stupid to wonder why too, so lets do the math for that.. it's because you're incapable of having a conversation without trying sound like a pretentious prick (due to extreme self esteem problems)
Mister Happy lol You wish... we can all tell you're a hater. Social 101, don't ever attack people that are liked or you will inevitably fall. You look up to Diddy huh? Diddy is an intelligent dude, who also very much follows social rules - club politics (he was a club promoter, so was I). He would never want to deal with someone like you because he's smart enough to know that nobody likes you and when nobody likes you, you're basically at the bottom - remember his strategy is promotion and to promote, you have to be liked, his game is the popularity game. Welcome to reality, where the whole wide world runs on club politics or cooperate politics and you're at the bottom
I remember this shit when i was a teen. Loved the routines but Mase cant dance haha. Puff can move though, check his spin right at the end, that shit's tight. Great memories.
2020.... Sunday am . who's watching puffy? P diddy .. getting my workout.. like I said, dude's got it .no other like him..thanks..puff daddy..real truth... peace.😊☮️
PUFFY WAS SOOOOO DRAMATIC LOL! between the MJ-esque intro and the dance numbers I am hollering. But he did the damn thing! I bet Ma$e was dizzy after the performance. gave me vertigo just looking at it burn a groove into the stage. whew I LIVE THO
