I never knew jamaicans ate puffer fish. It's a great skill to know how to prepare it. It's a pity they didn't show the part where they took the guts out, that's a most vital part of the whole process. Still gets a thumbs up.

These species of puffer fish are edible they don't develop a posion sack in their body and the only danger they pose is if the spikes on their skin pokes you and what it relatively causes is slight numbness around the punctured area that's all...other than that they are quite tasty😋 if prepped properly ofcourse

I had no idea those things were bones. Seeing them in documentaries I just always assumed it only inflated its skin. Thanks for educating me.
