🇮🇹 Per l'ultima puntata di #PugliaeLeggende, seguiamo ‪@Pinucciosono‬ al largo del Gargano, sulle meravigliose Isole Tremiti 🌊
Sapete che vengono chiamate anche Isole Diomedee?
⚔️Infatti, secondo la leggenda, nacquero da delle pietre che Diomede prese dalle mura di Troia e lanciò in queste acque.
Ma il legame tra le isole e il famoso condottiero greco non si esaurisce qui:
le sue tracce si nascondono ⛪️tra i tasselli del mosaico della chiesa della Vergine del mare, 🏖 tra le calette incontaminate, 🎵e persino nel canto delle diomedee, gli uccelli che abitano le isole, e che, in realtà, sarebbero gli amici di Diomede, che ancora ne piangono la scomparsa.
Il nostro viaggio con Pinuccio e Sabino finisce qui, ma ancora tante sono le leggende di Puglia che impreziosiscono e rendono ancora più affascinante questa terra.

Did you know that they are also called Diomedes Islands?
⚔️According to myth, they originated from the rocks Diomedes took from the walls of Troy, and then threw into these waters.
The connection between the Tremiti and the famed Greek hero does not end there: his traces are hidden ⛪️ among the mosaic tiles of the Vergine del Mare church, 🏖 among the pristine coves, 🎵 and even in the song of the Diomedea species of albatross populating the islands, Diomedes' friends, who still mourn his disappearance with their shrieks.
Our journey with Pinuccio and Sabino ends here, but there are still many Puglian legends that make this land even more fascinating.
