Pulao really is a great daughter who's strong in-game and has a lot of meme potential. Her event is a great way to unwind too after all the consecutive serious ones. Who knew that yeeting people would be this much fun? Kudos also for Hachiman and Chika rapping. That made me cackle like an idiot

Hmm.... To pull for character you need about 15k bc (to reach pity) and another 7.5k bc for the signature weapon (again, to reach pity). Of course it would be different if you tried to SSS her tho
