Weird thing is that it was the exact intersection where i almost got hit during a driving lesson the week before then

A hero is someone who's feet runs to save someone before their mind. You were running as were all your buddies then you started saying "let's help them" your feet moved before your mind. Luckily everyone was ok, if the car was on fire and you managed to pull him out, you could have saved a life, You did what was necessary I respect that You can be considered a hero. Ight, I'm not a professional, I'm just a Junior firefighter but. In this case he should not have been pulled out of the car. He flipped over and could've had a head or spinal injury that no-one knew about. Symptoms of head or spinal injury can take a while to appear because of adrenaline or shock. If I was there Inwould've just stayed there and made sure he knew what happened, where he was, what his name is, all that before I would've even thought of pulling him out. Leave it to the professionals to do the dangerous side of the work.

@@th3_pl3b You're right. Unless the vehicle was on fire or otherwise a hazard the guy was in no danger sitting in the vehicle until first responders/aid appeared. That being said this guy still gets props for breaking the bystander effect immediately and running to their aid. Be nice if everyone had basic first aid training though.

So the brother of the guy in the 350 is pissed at the guy in the flipped SUV? what it looked like is the 350 was trying to make a red light left turn when the opposing lane already had a green. This evident from the left side damage to the 350 and the way the SUV is facing. The SUV was hit, spun, hit the curb, and flipped once.

Four years later and this pops up on my recommended. I admire the way you guys reacted in this situation. I know a lot of people do this thing called the “bystander effect” where they see something traumatic and don’t want to get involved, but instead sometimes rather spread the news via social media. That sound of the car crashing brought back some PTSD for me and I started crying because I was in a accident a few months ago and it felt like I was in the accident all over again,its really scary ,I just have to say man u guys have good hearts it's scary to go through something like that and when a good samaratin comes to help it's the best feeling in the world ,some college kids stopped to help my family and I when we got in a accident ,they comforted us so much I wish I knew them and their names ,if I could meet them again I would give them as much as I could to repay them for the kidness and comfort they gave to me

I've been a certified paramedic for 2 years now. I also worked at a fire department as in order to become an EMT in my state it is required. I have been volunteering since 14 and one of the first things we learned was to never pull someone out right away. Even if the person says they're fine, not all injuries are felt right away. Your adrenaline kicks in and not only that, not all wounds are visible. Obviously, what they did was all in good intentions but it's always best to wait for paramedics to arrive to stabilize and asses the situation. I think it's truly great to see how fast they ran over there and never thought twice about whether they should or not. They may not have done the right thing medically but they sure did the right thing being selfless

Is there a reason you pull the clutch in so much? It seems every time you are going stright you pull the lever 3-4 times for no apparent reason. Just curious.

I have noticed that too. During my motorcycle course, we weren't even advised to keep our hands on the clutch lever unless shifting gears, because even that little pressure in the long term can result in additional clutch wear; not to mention engaging and disengaging the clutch while oscillating between 90 and 105 km/h. I can't think of any benefit of doing what he does, apart from making less noise while the clutch is in, which arguably can be considered a disadvantage too.

At first I thought he was just being really choppy on the throttle, but you are right he is pulling the clutch. Never seen anyone do that before. I cant think of any reason to do that, but many reason not to.

6:48 I know I'm totally late, but as a Mandarin speaker, I caught a bit of Mandarin going on, here's a translation: Someone: "他－他没事儿！” or "h-he's fine!" Considering the guy freaking out had a hint of an Asian accent, I assume someone nearby tried to put him more at ease by using a familiar language. After a few more seconds, someone, I assume the same Mandarin speaking dude repeated "他没事儿" a few more times, which means "he's fine". I know, probably not that useful and very very late but I thought someone out there might have been curious.
