Gotta say I love how you run them old trucks most people now days would complain about driving an old truck like that. Keep em running love the content
It's funny how around 3:40 that one car cuts across the do not cross zone on the entrance ramp, goes across to the far lane just to get dangum gapped by your truck with a load on it! hahahahahaha they had to floor it in their car just so they felt like they were on top because you were smoking that idiot!
My dad used to take cobalt boats all across the country in an old Peterbilt 379 and I miss this life more and more with everyone of your videos thanks for taking me back to my childhood
Takes me back to trips with my step grandfather in an old 70’s something international cab over..I don’t miss the bobtailing tho…thought for sure she was gonna flip forward over every bump…Still good times…
How are you doing today? What are you going to do today? And where are you today? Hope you are well and the family doing ok.. It a beautiful world 🌎 today keep smiling even if it's hard to navigate... Anything I can do to help let me know. Your friend from Booneville Ar. Still waiting for my prize. Is it a new truck... Lol.
Tim I just figured out how to leave a comment. I am disabled and always wanted to drive trucks, but watching your company its almost like driving. I love it.
I was so excited for the potential of this truck with the new cutoff on it. Such a great idea. Tim & Ashley do not fret. The comeback drive from this fire will be even stronger than before, hang in there and I know y’all will come out ahead. “1 Corinthians 3:13 English Standard Version 13 each one's work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done.”
I leave that long chassis along for some reasons 1. rare to have 2. put an additional cab back there for other things like a chair with T.V. , small fridge and so on. "make yourself at home"

Take the short tank and make a tool box out of it cut the top make a door had 1 like that once worked good great video love the cabover gives me great memories when I started soon be 43 years this December
I love this truck man... Please dont sell it.. LoL... Shes bad ass. Yellow Cab-over, Shes ridin smooth as ever.. Way better than any modern truck. Cant wait to see more of this. Who else thinks its cool just seeing the dash footage of him doing the long hauls ? I think its cool shit.
Cleetus n cars indg was amazing but my highlight was getting my picture with this old outlaw. That truck is my definition of badass. Your ol' freight shaker killed it as well
My first over-the-road truck was a White/GMC cab-over in 1992 with spring ride suspension and the best riding seat I've ever had. I didn't just ride in the seat but floated. The truck would bounce when it went over bumps but I didn't.
Been missing the ole gal an i see u got ole Steppy the Step deck with u.. U can always depend on these older trucks. I freaking love them man, they'll run circles around them new trucks 😂😂
I like the old yellow cab over. I agree shorten her up a little and put those air ride rears on her she will be awesome. Awesome Video Tim bro keep her rollin' and keep the dirty side down brother.
Porter greetings! Good to see the yellow cabover getting used again. It’s nice when you know that you have a dependable truck just a waiting for any load that needs covered and just walking up to the truck, firing it up, and rolling down the road! With so many trucks, there always seems to be something that needs done on at least one of them. Good trip and driving up to 80 mph. That’s some rolling! 🤩 Looking forward to seeing this cabover being transformed even more! Bring it on!! 😎🤩 Check your ground wire(s). At least you don’t have to deadhead all the way back. Be safe!
I stumbled upon your channel when you hauled those 2 military 5tons (I have a M1088) and then I started watching a bunch of your stuff till I happened upon the COE stuff ... which I love. I have a 89 FLB Hightech racecar hauler with under 500K original miles that I taught myself to drive so I keep watching your stuff to learn ... I have so many COE questions that I think I'll just email you one day. Keep up with the awesome videos.
That truck out in the middle is the result of the more restrictive rules and electronic logs, these guys have an hour left to drive, instead of pulling over and taking a quick nap, they push through to get home before they run out of hours… end up in the ditch…
Would love to have that Gem sitting in my driveway. 1987 is my Birth year!! I would run it in Memory of my Grandfather who got me into Trucks and trucking
Hi there. Like to watch the video's you're making. No matter what you do as long as you like it. But shorting the yellow cab with big tanks on it will make it look more awesome. Mud flaps on. Keep on rolling.
When tightening down the straps driver them there square pockets will cut them there straps when there at a angle like that that’s were a piece of old strap comes in handy to protect them there new straps!! But I know you know!!
I’ve passed that ole truck 1000 times. Everywhere from Gainesville to Abington & Charlotte to Nashville. Don’t never bet against that ole truck! Ran out of Englewood for a long time…
To bad that's gaurenteed B. S. Dude was in Missouri and thought he was in Kansas First he said 1000 miles, then 1040, and finally 1100 miles. Dude is as dumb as a box of rocks You don't get any decent mileage running 80mpg And because of the stretched out frame you are breaking the wind twice It's a foolish rig on a foolish channel, but damn, he is consistently entertaining.
I see the shake in ur steering wheel u should try centramatic wheel balancer u use them and haven't had vibration since and general steel for tires they hold up to those speeds
I have to say out of all the cabovers Ive driven in my life I liked the freightliner best I pulled a coal bucket with it and it handled great on curvy roads it had factory air ride under it but it had the bigger cab wasnt a double tho had a turned up 315 Cummins with a 10 spd
I was an outlaw trucker back then we would load 35 -40 ton of coal in the trailer grossing about 120,000 it was fun I ran a scanner to know where the portable scales was but I have been caught a few times . Then in 2000 I changed job and started pulling a tanker hauling fuel to the gas stations that was a good job then my back started giving me problems more and more had to have back surgery then the Dr's disabled me in 2015 . i think I couldve still drove but no heavy lifting but Im 63 now so now Im retired but sure do miss truckin did it since 1980 .Im sure I'd still be in the seat if it wasnt for my back I was planning on driving till they patted me on the belly with a shovel I like your video's keeps me still trucking in my easy chair keep up the good work my truckin friend Im from up here in Southeast Ohio
Love the find a old truck and turn it into a rv hauler so I can haul my 5th wheel camper trailer that is a perfect s size I can add a large sleeper to it and fix up the back end where I have room to move the trailer around without jackknife into the cab if I had to back in to a camp site that is in tight area I would replace the stick shift and transmission and put in a automatic transmission
I’ve always like freightliner Cab overs great looking truck yeah she definitely long but she’ll look good when you get done with it Very nice truck enjoy your videos
Where’s day 3 & 4 of the little single axle cab over???? Last I saw was the clutch being messed with and the giant rats nest in the air filter. That yellow one is LOOOOONG!
