Its viable, the issues you will run into is that when you doomwinds you will get ccd pretty quick and also you need good uptime to put out high damage meaning getting kited by mages and stuff will be tough on you, but when you proc ascendance you are a monster. I wouldnt turn anyone away from playing storm in pvp. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
Can you link your gear? I have crafted gear and all enchanted conquest gear and in trying to figure out how to get to 1600k health! Edit: nevermind, I figured this out! I didn't know the brimming with life talent buffed stamina in arenas as well (since no reincarnate), I though it didn't work there haha
I dont have anything really special, are you missing the "Brimming with Life" Talent? Surprisingly they did, 10% to Flame Shock and 10% to Frost Shock. The buff seems small but it was designed as a Mythic Plus buff with a little bit of single target, Chain Lightning, Crash Lightning, and Fire Nova also got 10% and all of these apply to PvP but the 15% to Lightning Bolts from Primal Wave was not applied to PvP.
