Using Local Ingredient Willy's Salsa to make pulled pork tacos for a nice meal.
Method:
1. Season pork (Salt & pepper the sirloin tip roast that was about 450g)
2. Sear (very hot pan)
3. Place (in a pressure cooker)
4. Salsa (3/4 to the full container)
5. OJ (1.5 cups)
6. Close (cook on high pressure for 2 hours)
7. Steam (release steam and stand back!)
8. Shred (use two forks and pull apart the pork)
9. Reseason (Good quality salt)
Enjoy as tacos or any other way you want to eat pulled pork!
