3 Years ago I did an all nighter, But, I was in complete darkness the whole entire time I didn’t drink any caffeine I didn’t nap And I didn’t excerise at all
My first all night was pretty similar. I sat upright on my bed in complete darkness using my fidget cube for a few hours. My phone died and the charger was far so that wasn’t an option. I also remember I kept pushing my blankets and pillow away then they would somehow creep back over me. I’m actually pulling another all-nighter which led me to this video.

since we’ve been in quarantine my sleeping patterns messed up. Last year I started to struggle with insomnia, which indeed wasn’t fun knowing I did. Ever since then I can’t go over my sleep schedule otherwise I’ll struggle to sleep the entire night (11pm). There’s been many cases where I’ve not slept for like 3 days straight. It was terrible, yet I was used to it. So every time I don’t sleep it doesn’t seem to bother me, tho then and there I’ll be very drowsy but yet still being able to function properly as if I got sleep. It’s very hard honestly. A little story for you guys. I didn’t sleep on my 13th birthday, 13TH! My eyes were very puffy and all I did was cry all day, I can officially say IT WAS THE WORST BIRTHDAY EVER! Not to make matters worse I had school the next day and guess what.... I didn’t sleep another day, tho luckily I got to stay home and I ended up sleeping. I’m scared to pull an all nighter just in case something like this happens again.
Not sleeping is horrible but I straight up went to school with zero sleep and I wanted the end it all so it’s Sunday (I have school on Monday) I’m pulling a all nighter to get back on track PLEASE WISH ME LUCK RRGGG
I can relate to this entire video completely. I literally woke up at 2 and stayed in bed till 4 today lol and pulling an all nighter is what i do to get back on track.
i had to pulled all night yesterday to fix my *sleep schedule* but i ended up sleeping in the couch while watching netflix (: *it didn’t work* with me i was sooooo tired and tomorrow is my first day of school *help*

i found a few reason why pulling an all nighter will help you fix your sleep schedule 1. you are super tired the next day so then you will want to fall asleep especially if you had to wake up early 2. when you stay up you have a lot of time to think because you need to think about what to do because it's pretty boring lol therefore you might start thinking about how you should fix your sleep schedule 3. you might stumble upon early morning routines on youtube and think I wanna be like that ( or at least i do lol)
I've literally been trying to do this for like the last 3 days and I keep going to sleep too early so I am determined to finally do it tonight!!! I think the key is you have to stay awake all day too for it to work 😭
