Anyone in the medical field would know that how you present doesn't have anything to do with your sex. It is very possible for someone with xy genes for example to appear female vice versa. On top of this there are a reasonable array of other similar differences. Unfortunately you have been a victim of propaganda, that "male" and "female" are we defined medically and physically they at best are not. In an effort to give power to individual that add very little to society.
