This video is a summary of the most useful breathing tests to assess lung function in neuromuscular disease (NMD) and spinal cord injury (SCI). Lung function tests, including cough efficiency evaluation, should be performed at the onset of an NMD diagnosis and SCI, and upon medical follow-up.
