I have an IK Mulitimedia EQual which with it's linear phase and classic eq curves is something along these lines but I must say this does sound good and seems very musical to use. 😎

Thanks Mike. Thinking about potential uses for this besides vocals and buses. Maybe toward the end of a single track's plugin chain to do some shaping where other plugins didn't quite get it there.

Hi. I recently bought the Pulsar Massive and am plaing around with that. Can you say how that compares with the 8200? I guess the 8200 allows for more surgical EQ changes?? any thoughts would be appriated Thank you

The Massive is praised for its color and its shapes. You boost somewhere, you get a dip somewhere else. You gotta take the time to learn how to use it. The frequencies were chosen very well, but the bands interact with each other. The 8200 is just very nice. Can be surgical if you want it to. The Massive can't do that. The Massive also has a color when you just apply it to your track. It may or may not work. The 8200 is more versatile in that sense. I think I prefer the 8200 for everyday work. The Massive is more of a specialty.
