For those wondering, like I did, what Soldering station he's using...???... It's a Hakko..."Bozos" has them for sale on his site...'bout $300.00 USD....Cheers...

I've had a lot of soldering stations, this one by far has lasted the longest and has performed the best. The previous weller would burn out tips every year.

And correct me if I’m wrong but shouldn’t you plug the balance port in before the main leads to a charger? I thought I read that in my chargers manual?

ISDT Manual doesn't mention this in their manual. Which charger are you using?
