GMAW (MIG) welding aluminum with push pull gun and pulse program. Aluminum MIG welding is not the same as it was 15 years ago. It is fast, easy and can produce some good looking welds.

I will, having difficulty getting your toes to do what? Usually undercut or lack of wetting on the toes is a voltage adjustment. If the voltage is to high, the arc is to high and you end up with undercut. Voltage to low the arc becomes stuffed into the puddle and creates lack of fusion on the toes. Ill try to do a video on this. Thanks
