It would be really cool for you to find a friend and film them going through this progression and see how many sessions it takes. It is easy to become discouraged and feel that you're not learning fast enough. I think this is the major obstacle in learning something as difficult as the beach start. To see someone else learn this will give aspiring pumpers a realistic goal.
@@erinhdisc thank you for your messages! Your suggestion is a great idea 👍 I know how frustrating it can be when our expectations are not met at the beginning. I will try to keep helping in this matter in the next videos.
@@dksurfer Thank you!! Yes I think so! I will try to find a dock in the common days to figure it out. But yes a similar step by step technique should help a lot for the dock start 👍
Great, thank you! Is it a good idea to learn/train goofy and regular at the same time as beginner right away (learning the dock start)? Maybe this even leads to better balance and feeling all the way?
@@matija3791 Thank you! I think it’s better to focus on your natural stance at the beginning, this is enough challenging ;) When you are confident, you can learn to switch your stance while pumping. Pumping on your weak stance was not that easy at first for me. Then you can try to start on your weak stance.
