kindly check for the measurement of static discharge head, it should be measured from the center line to the end point of the discharge line. in video, you measured it from the end point of the volute or diffuser whichever the kind of the pump.

10:00 the expression may be not correct because any suction head helps the pump in the suction action of the pump but if it was suction lift it will stand against the pump So that we need to develop the term of Total Static Head which will represents the total head that the pump will work against To brief any suction head will help the pump but any suction lift will work against the pump plus the discharge head plus the residual pressure if needed
