I can eat here because all are deep fried. Maybe it's better if the seller will use thongs and serving spoons. I will have to pick them up with a napkin. But all clients eat with unwashed hands. Nowhere to wash our hands in the market or streets. Only a few will not. I usually eat with a napkin, plastic fork or spoon. I always bring those with me when I travel. We cannot have everything so clean including in high class restaurants especially in buffets.
Looks like everything is very clean considering the environment he is working in! Secondly, how does everyone know that the vegetables etc weren't cleaned prior to filming? Lastly even Michelin star restaurant chefs dont wear gloves. Wearing gloves is more unhygienic because you become complacent. It's very well known that you're far likely to practice better hygiene when not wearing gloves then when you wear gloves i.e. you wash your hands more - people who wear gloves use the same fudging pair for everything!
Very reassuring to see a Bangladeshi street food vendor at a clean-looking stall dressed in clean clothes and using clean utensils and clean ingredients. Not at all what I expected, so kudos to the vendor. Plenty of western kitchens grubby by comparison!
It’s nice stuff but the only thing is should’ve kept the batter separate from the shrimps,and fry too,because everything else is going to have a fishy taste to it,and people who complained about hygiene,you think in restaurants everyone is wearing gloves for your food making ?think again,I have seen in Michelin starred restaurants that even the head chef doesn’t wear any when handling food,they use bare hands no gloves,so this is street food and every place in any region you go it’ll be almost this way.don’t like it don’t watch.it’s peoples hard work with little to make in profit,unlike top restaurants that charge mega money for something which only has two bite.,
