Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bun 

This is a very stylish pumpkin cream cheese bun. It has a simple shape, golden color, and the soft bread is filled with sweet pumpkin cheese fillings. The cream-like texture, exudes a nice pumpkin and milk scent, sweet and delicious, very attractive!
The Japanese pumpkin/Kabocha squash, is selected here. It has a low water content and a unique fragrance. You can buy it in Asian supermarkets/Chinese supermarkets.

Bread Flour 315 g
Caster Sugar 25 g
Instant Yeast 4 g
Salt 4 g
Milk Powder 10 g
Egg 50 g
Cold Milk 120 g
Pumpkin Puree 100 g
Unsalted Butter 32 g
Filling：
Pumpkin Puree 210 g
Cream Cheese 60 g
Caster Sugar 30 g
Unsalted Butter 25 g
Bake in the middle rack of the oven preheated to 350°F/180°C for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
