pumpkin creme brulee
350F 35minutes
yield: four 4 small pumpkins
Ingredient:
heavy cream 12 oz
granulated sugar 1 oz
egg yolk 4
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
direction:
1. Scald heavy cream with granulated sugar、vanilla extract.
2. Temper egg yolks.
3. Strain the mixture.
4. Pour into the empty pumpkins.
5. Fill the pan half way up with warm water.
6. Bake until the center is set.
7. Remove and chill.
8. Finish by sprinkling sugar and torching.
9. Enjoy the delicious pumpkin creme brulee.
