pumpkin creme brulee
350F 35minutes
yield: four 4 small pumpkins
Ingredient:
heavy cream 12 oz
granulated sugar 1 oz
egg yolk 4
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
direction:
1. Scald heavy cream with granulated sugar、vanilla extract.
2. Temper egg yolks.
3. Strain the mixture.
4. Pour into the empty pumpkins.
5. Fill the pan half way up with warm water.
6. Bake until the center is set.
7. Remove and chill.
8. Finish by sprinkling sugar and torching.
9. Enjoy the delicious pumpkin creme brulee.

請問南瓜在挖空前需不需要先蒸一下讓它比較好切好挖? 另外, 烤箱有分上下火嗎?可以上下火分開調溫嗎? 謝謝

我是沒有提前蒸,因為烤的時間很長,到後面出爐的時候南瓜肉已經很軟嫩了。先蒸一下會比較好挖,不過可能不能蒸太久,不然迷你南瓜最後烤出來可能會太爛哦,烤箱沒有分上下火,上火太強的話可以蓋錫箔紙☺️
