Hi Julie, I am from Cape Town South Africa, Pumpkin Fritters are part of our "national" food, we eat them through our cold winter months. For a South African twist, use cinnamon sugar to coat the fritters at the end, it is delicious. We eat them hot or cold.
These look great! I always wondered what a fritter was, thank you for showing me. One day I would love to make these and if I do I will tell you how they turn out and what my family thinks of them. Thanks again. :D
Great seasonal snack. I'm sure I'll have an extra can or two of pumpkin after thanksgiving. Of course if I don't pumpkin is very cheep the day after... lol :)
Amazing. You always upload at night when I'm starving and when I never have all the ingredients. Thanks for nothing! LOL Just kidding. Tomorrow I'll be grocery shopping anyway.
Interesting recipe, but you leave out amounts for integral ingredients. A 'splash' of milk means different things to different people and not even showing yourself adding the baking power and salt to the unmeasured flour also tells us nothing and is even worse than the milk, seeing as liquids can be eyeballed. This is less like a recipe and more an excuse to show yourself cooking something. Have a dislike and do better.
