My Best Pound Cake Recipe! 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 eggs, 1/2 cups sugar, 1 cup flour, 1/3 cups sweet potato, 1 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, Vanilla essence1/2 tsp, cinnamon powder1 tbsp 355F, 55 minutes. I tried sweet potato and banana and yogurt instead of pumpkin. And there was no butter, so I tried using oil. Everything was delicious. I also recommended it to my co-worker. Adding too much can not only make it harder to incorporate but sometimes it can split the butter wich takes time and effort to fix So instead of taking the chance and having to spend even more time on mixing adding one egg at a time is just the safer way In large bakeries they have heavy equipment to counteract this but everyone has different stuff at home so doing it like this also has the added bonus of giving you the same or similar outcomes even without any fancy machines Hope this helps^^
