No this is Normal but I just followed this for a hardcore speedrun and it works. I did Hardcore speedrun in 49 days using this strategy, and I wasted a few days in Russia so it can be done quicker.

Paw punch does high damage and has high accuracy even with 1 STR and 1 AGI and makes the early game possible with this build. By the time you get to Rio you have the no rest perk, once his stamina gets low he cannot dodge regardless of the AGI difference, so you win by attrition.

Do you have skip attacks and dodge? They are crucial to energy management in the early game for a turtle speedrun.

+GrimmWorkzTV Kick is the best attack for the start game if you have no STR (which I didn't). Dodge is useful throughout the game, especially for the endgame build used here. Strong arm to increase damage from Spear in the endgame.

Not sure what you mean? Blocking skills are used in the vast majority of the fights in the run, dodge is primarily useful in the earlier half of the game, and even then chosen specifically on opponents where you calculate that the stamina loss of the dodge is less than the stamina loss of blocking a hit and/or less than what the opponent will spend doing the attack (i.e. you should pick your skills based on inspecting the attack skills the opponent is choosing for the round).

try to get more agility i have a 5 13 7 build and in got ivangrief 1 time i have resting in classic skill tree for energy then karate high kick with high kick just get 1 energy move to drain a lot of energy from the enemy then you can combo him a lot but for your build try to get some strength with a agility potion maybe that works het around 5 strength good luck trying

I sorted it out I have 2 more move slots so I had to get creative.

Pizza work is about the same money per time when you factor in travel time and faster job completion, plus unlocks the crocodile fights which give you a lot of skill points. It's much more efficient overall than construction work.

Your strength is way too high for that build. try something more like 2/16/6. All that strength is doing is causing you to run out of stam.

if you want to keep that strength get the well resting move where you skip an attacking phase for energy

I found the Tiger Build to be the least fun as well as the least rewarding. For all three trees I often resorted to just finding ways to run the enemy to energy exhaustion. I thought agility would be cool for the counter attack dodge but I round it to be marginal most of the time. The guide mentioned experimenting with skills more than stats, I've found the agility/stamina/energy debuffs to work wonders when applied to the right opponents. Also don't forget about potions (at the sporting goods store) if you are getting desperate. Don't feel that you should be able to have one build for every single late game encounter- switching in a few abilities can be a game changer. For enemies that dodge a lot I focus on a low damage attack and lots of buff/debuff moves and just try to wear them down. If you haven't tried anything else, at least try the way of the bear- I had a very successful (but very inefficient) first run of the game that way, the challenge was just right imo. I would love an expansion pack to this game.

@@slargusparg4388 Agility used to be a lot better, but it was TOO good, and the nerf put it on the other end: No longer worth making a speed build.

in last run i was stuck in the playoffs for like 50 days. way of turtle with 8/8/15 and that dex guy in the playoffs killed me every single time

1) it wasn't easy mode 2) it doesn't matter anyway, all hard mode does is scale the enemy with your stats so you can't win by grinding, when you do a speedrun like this with low stats the enemies don't get any bonuses, so it doesn't matter for speedruns

With the way the league matches are able to line up you can't do it below 41. Come back with a video if you think otherwise. Also, whether it's 41, 44, or 47 days is pretty much up to luck of the draw on what you get from your league matches, but even the draws did allow a finish on 40, that means his draw would have actually finished it on 38 but he screwed up and delayed it by 2 days.

I've done it in 41, which I believe is the absolute lowest possible. It is completely random though, based on what fights you are given in the rookie league, there's nothing you can do playstyle wise to make it happen. steamcommunity.com/app/394310/discussions/1/412449508279743811/
