Ap theek kehty hn lkn colon n semi colon 1st Year me boht zada use nhi hoti isi lie mene uska zikar munasb nhi smjha wrna lecture boht lengthy or shyd boring bhi ho jata..... anyhow: Colon is used to introduce something or description of something. semi colon is used to separate complete sentences in a compound sentence

@@umerafzal485 U r right. It is a problem for the student. the only way is to go through the text v carefully. When i discuss the text of any lesson, i keep on telling and pointing out to the students such important sentences. in this way, they easily remember the points
