I don't know the victims, but I hope they get justice. May their families find the support and strength they need.

How come he was issued bail? In some serious offenses a juvenile can be tried in the court. If he can consume alchohol then he can definitely be tried.

There's nothing "ALLEGED" in this. There was clear CCTV footage showing a drunk minor (barely) killing two innocent people with his unregister super car. Eyewitnesses dragged him out of the Driver's seat. His name is VEDANT AGARWAL. His father's name is VISHAL AGARWAL. His father is a huge real estate developer in Pune.

In case of certain heinous crimes the accused should be automatically charged as adult, no necessity for committees to decide if he or she is adult or minor. Let the defense advocate convince the court that he or she should be tried as minor during court trial. This will put the onus on the accused to prove that the crime or the circumstances were not such that he or she should be tried as adult.
