Pune Accident: In a recent development, the Pune Police have arrested the grandfather of the minor involved in the Porsche crash incident. This arrest comes a day after the Pune Police chief revealed an investigation into an attempt to shift blame away from the juvenile. Commissioner Amitesh Kumar confirmed the arrest, stating that the grandfather faces charges of kidnapping and wrongful confinement of the car's driver.

*MARK MY WORDS* The court verdict after several decades: 1) The car Porsche did hit only the road divider and not the techies. 2) The juvenile was not driving the car. 3) The juvenile has only orange juice at the bar 4) There is no eye witness to prove the facts that Porsche hit the techies. 5) The techies where drunk beyond control, they lost the balance and hit the divider and died due to trauma. All case against the poor juvenile to be withdrawn. Punishment to Police and law makers. They will be asked to write an essay in 600 words, about how they will take proper care of the wealthy person’s drunken kids in future, so that it does not get leaked out to the media and cause public outrage.

It is habit of people to cheat rich or otherwise. It is job of police to uphold law. The only criminal here is the police and finally they r doing right thing. I think mla can be booked if there is evidence he interfered with police proceedings. Anyone who took law for granted needs to spend 1 yr in jail in this case. The young boy can spend 10 yrs in jail and if his mother is sensible she will realize it's the best thing for her irresponsible child. No indian raised child should be raised thinking that in dian police can be bribed.

the other problem is that no one is questioning how may errors the essay had, the grammatical and spelling mistakes the kid did on it - why no one questions that?

@urgg1 justice systems are designed to be blind. Unless proven guilty the justice system assumes innocence. The knowing thought thru planned crime was done by parents. The 17.x yr teenage was out to have fun. He had no intention of hurting anyone. In Nirbhaya case the culprits planned harm..not this guy in Pune tho.

Jevunile brat is behaving like adult when it comes consuming alcohol. Further, speaking to someone after the accident shows that he was well aware of consequences aftermath the incident. Supportive parents and grandparents only shows they were prepared for the worst

Every one wants that... but situations would turn otherwise...as civil servant does his/her duty and they have to come across politicians and rich businessmen...they really want to do their duties without compromise... but when they are warned by those politicians in the name of transfer... or if the civil servant doesn't have much power to handle them...they might even be blackmailed in the name of family... then they don't have any option but to bow to them... This has to change... but some changes takes time

I feel the See-J-eye should personally examine a copy of this essay, and the submit it to the relevant Mini-sters for further review. Parents should be called in if there are major issues.

The question is the two deceased person were they intoxicated on the night of the incident because 3am is an odd time, has an autopsy being carried out on their dead bodies?
