Fact: the boy did not have a driving licence, as a “juvenile” no responsibility then Fact: the boy was drinking under the influence, as a “juvenile” no responsibility then Fact: the car was not registered, no responsibility of the family then Fact: the lives of 2 families destroyed, no responsibility of the authorities then Fact: this judgement will give confidence to other rich families that they too can get away with similar actions

Very very sad...I thought after the media hype there will be some justice given to the victims in form of some kind of strict jail term for the minor...but no...I was totally mistaken...from now on the rich can drive their Ferrari and Porsche anyway they like because they know nothing will happen to them...God save this country....I'm totally clueless as to why the victims family are not opposing this decision 😢

Judiciary in the country is sold out otherwise how does such cases be handled this way ..this shows what political pressure can do when politicians are involved. In a country where jihadi asadudin swears by palestine whilst taking oath in india as MP , is ashamed to say jai hind but jai palestine and is not disqualified and supreme court chief justice is quiet ...what more can be said

First all have to understand courts will have to go by the established law passed by parliament and CANNOT and should not act on sentiments and public demands . So the ideal remedy is to bring down the age of the juvinile to 15 or so by passig a law in the parliament but this is not easy as across the world the age is around 18 years only . So the only measure is to punish his parents for being reckless which might act as a deterrent for these brats to think twice before drunken driving ! So ultimately the parents are the ones who needs to be booked on this .

Relax Indian people, don't expect anything. We know a very reputed person's case who crushed 6 people who were sleeping on road and many injured, he was very close to get punishment and still get rescued. In this case this criminal is a minor and killed just 2 people. And everything is managed since beginning so please don't expect any justice.
