Difference in each misal is Kolhapuri misal : red gravy (spicy) Puneri misal : yellow gravy (spicy with little sweetness) Nashik misal : black gravy (cooked with khade masale) Satara misal : green gravy (cooked in paste of matar & dhaniya)
