So true these real estate mfs are the ones whose growth is happening, IT folks should stop talking about their salaries in open, even 50-60lpa salary is nothing infront of these REAL ESTATE MAFIAS
Nothing to loose. Kharadi has open land parcels whereas Magarpatta has no space left and already occupied. Kharadi, Wagholi, Wakad, Chinchwad are going to major IT parks in this decade.
